About the Role:
Laura E Asner CSW PC is looking for an Experienced Clinician to join their dedicated mental health practice in Bay Shore, NY. Responsibilities:
- Provide individual sessions to a diverse client population
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate client care and treatment goals
- Monitor client progress and adjust therapeutic interventions as clinically appropriate
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Participate in case consultations, supervision, and ongoing professional development
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related clinical field
- Active and valid NYS clinical license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent)
- Minimum 2+ years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
- Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, etc.)
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centered approach
- Ability to manage a caseload independently and meet documentation deadlines

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
